Notes
I was sore as hell this morning but still went out to hit the pavement for a few miles. I did go a lot further than i expected. The pace ws slow and the weather was extremely brutal. 80 degrees already and 90% humidity. I was swimming. The first couple miles were slow at 8 minute pace but i did gradually pick it up. Thank the Lord there was a water fountain on the run. It was warm water but it still was water. haha Fastest mile was only 7:10 and it was mile 11, which by that point i was dead. I had to stop 4 times in the last two miles because i was so severly dehydrated.
