Notes
This run was iffy as i didnt expect to get more than maybe 2 miles in since i have been sick. I started pout slow running 8:20 pa ce for the first 1.5 miles and then picked it up gradually every half mile and then dropped a sub 7 last mile.
I changed my shirt and then hopped back on the treadmill. I was aiming for 2 more miles and then somehow ended up getting 4 miles in which was NOT easy. I really had to dig deep the last mile.
