Notes
this run went much further than expected. I went out with the idea that i would attempt to get 4 or so miles i and then cycle afterward. The run was okay after the initial steps and i just kept it going. The pace was slow but the weather was super humid and warmer than the last few runs. Nothing exciting about this run. Just ran around the Lenah Mill neighborhood.
