Tonight i was going to skip lifting since i have to get up super early to run for the class in DC. However, i somehow still found myself in the gym and deciding to get a quick session in. The lift were decent and i felt a good pump. that was all i took tonight was a pump. I stopped writing things down after a while and just started focusing on the muscles. I did some stretching as well in hope that it would help my glute and IT band that was super tight.
