Tonight i went to the gym and lifted with Ken. This was a tough workout. Nothing too extreme but taxing. We worked on my stability a ton and used lots of cable exercises. I was surprised at how sore it left me feeling. We did one bicep exercise where we used a 50lb barbell and did 25 reps (10 then 30 sec accent, 11-20 then 30 sec decent, then 21-25 then 30 sec accent and 30 sec decent) This killed my arms. Next was 50 reps with 30lb barbell doing reverse curls. 25 standing on left leg and then 25 standing on right leg. Next was 10 reps with 80lb barbell. I only managed to get 8 and fell short of 10. Arms locked up on me.

We did a bunch of crossover cable exercises. It was fun and a change of pace for me.
