This run was tough to be honest. My breathing felt off and my stride was a bit awkward.it was so foggy and humid i could barely see in front of me. Te pace was so slow but i ws more focused on just running and trying to be smooth. It felt likei was running into mud i was so slow but i was also super fatigued so that doesnt help.
