Notes
This run went okay considering how cold and windy it was. My legs and calves in particular were super tight and fatigued and i tried to just run easy and relaxed this morning. The pace was slow moving. I somehow made it to 8 miles before switching shoes and some clothes to lighten up as my jacket and shoes weighed so much weight from sweat. The last 2 miles were quicker as i threw in some gradual surges to get the legs moving as bit faster.
