Tonight i was tired and just could not get into the zone. I'm glad i made it in there but still felt pretty out of it. I did some core and then hit some arms. Got a quick pump in and then even it some legs for about 15 minutes. I did the normal arm exercises and for legs did 4 sets of calf extensions and then 4 sets on leg press.
