Honestly, i was struggling this morning on my ride. I did this after running and was pretty dehydrated and felt like i was lacking energy the second half of the ride. I really had to dig deep today.
3 miles - 10:15
Switched Bike as it was missing gears.
10 miles - 34:22
Got water as i was getting light-headed.
4 miles - 13:45
This was tough to get back on the bike but i made it happen.
