This was one hot and humid run. There was not much shade out here. I came here with the intention on hitting the track only to find out it was under construction. Like huge shit in al the lanes, part of the track had a huge 2ft steeplechase looking barrier. It was just not in shape to run on at all. So i ended up just hitting the streets. I stopped at mile 7 for much needed water as i was dying.
