First, i was pretty sore and beat uo from the training this week and lifting legs last night. I decided to be brave and venture outside in the freezing temps to run. The pace starrted slow as i was going uphill. I went out 4 miles and turned around. I did stop for about 30 sec at the turn around to stretch my calves. I wasnt sure how i was going to make 8 miles but i somehow did.

There were some icy areas in the first and last mile that i had to be very careful around as they spread across the entire pavement.
