Tired and dehydrated from a night out of drinking. I wasnt sure how running would go since my hip flexor iss till giving me issues anytime i run. I still tried even with the discomfort and made it 13 miles...have no idea how. I wasnt sure i wopuld make it 3 miles when i started. My watch is giving me issues and seems to lose signal a lot and claim my paces are so slow. It was saying i was running almost 9 minute miles even when i was clearly doing 7:30's. Somehow the last few miles were lower 7's even when i was feeling dead and had super heavy legs.
