Notes
This run went better than expected. I was feeling some discomfort in my hip starting off but told myself i would give it a mile before quitting. Ended up going further out and just looping all around the neighborhood. The pace was super slow starting out and gradually got a little faster but i was gassed. Which is a surprise as i don't think i was that out of shape.
