Notes
This run was brutal. I felt tired and a bit sluggish but the worst was too come. The first couple miles were not oo bad and surprisingly the trails were not as muddy as i was expecting since its been raining the last few days. But about mile 3 was when the heavy 20 mph winds began hitting me. I was definitly struggling as the wind was smacking me in the face. I was putting in way more effort than the pace was showing. Happy when i finally hit the parking lot as i was in oxygen debt.
