I felt a bit tired and was having a lot of sinus pressure issues so i decided might as well hit the gym since i wont be sleeping much tonight again. The lift was decent even though it was really crowded. I stopped writing down was i was doing after the third exercise as i was just starting to move around more and focus less on what exactly i was doing. I tried to make the most of just getting it done and proactive. strength is definitely down a bit but that is expected since due to my training vilume and lack of lifting recently.
