Notes
This was a solid ride. I alternated 1 min at 10, and 1 min at 11 for the intensity setting. The miles were a bit boring starting off but i put my head down and just rode it out. Felt pretty solid. I tried to run this morning but it just didn't feel right and felt like something was pulling so i did not move forward with it. After that disappointment i decided to hit the bike fo a little longer this morning. I got up at 5 am so i figured i should make use of the time at least.
