The weather was crazy today and frustrating at times. IT was sunny with 54 degrees but the 18 mph winds made it so damn hard to run in. I was gassed in the few miles rom running in constant headwinds. My legs were already fatigued and calves felt trashed but i kept on going, It felt cold and the constant head winds really beat me up and took a toll on me.
