Tonight i felt like crap and was beat to shit. I thought i would feel better running at the battlefield but my legs still hurt like crap and body was all jacked up. In decided to get onto the rough terrain as i knew pace wouldn't matter as running my normal pace would only cause me to trip and with all the rocks and divets was impossible. So i could just chill and run my slow ass 8+ minute pace. It didn't feel easy as i just felt worn out from the start
