This run was a bit rough starting off as i was tight. I was able to work into it. i have two splits bc at 3.8 miles i was wipping the screen and knocked out the security chip. So i had to start over.

From here on i started at 7:40 pace and worked down from there. I was pleased with how this finished for sure seeing as i could barely run last week.
