Sunny but very windy outside. The legs are so tired and fatigued. Going up any hill is rough, not to mention finishing the last mile uphill. I ran around the neighborhood and into the sterling are on sterling blvd. Just ruised around neighborhoods. The temps were cold and the wind made it worse.
