Notes
This run was a bit weird. I was really sore but decided to go ut and try for 4 miles or so. However, the weather was very weird. It was 99% humidity and the fog was so bad i could not see 2 ft in front of myself which made it a bit sketchy when running in the pitch black. The run was pretty slow but that is okay as i couldn't see t all.
