Ths run was decent considering my left hamstring was extremely tight, but it actullay didnt affect my running form. I think it came from running on the treadmill Monday.I was feeling fatigued but the run went decent. The issue i was facing was being soaked from the rain and how heavy all my clothes and shoes were. It was like running with dumb bells on my feet.
