Notes
This run went further than i expected considering yesterday i didnt make it further than 10 feet because my shin hurt so bad. The run started off rocky as i could feel my shin pain firing up and my hips were tight as hell but i kept going and eventually the leg pain kind of disappeared. The pace was slower starting out but it did gradually get faster to my surprise. The weather was humid as hell and chafing was real.
