Notes
Today I was just about to skip lifting but decided to go anyways and get some strength gainz. I hit chest and back today really focusing on form and weight. I did my usual warm-up of pull-ups and some light stretching. I hit chest press, pec fly, some machine rows, machine pulldowns. I threw in several rounds of pull-ups to mix it up. I was glad I didn't skip it and fell like a got a good pump considering the rough day I had.
