Today it was a long day at work and I didn't eat lunch til really late. So I had a snack and headed to gym almost straight from work. I got into a rhythm after a few minutes in there. It was nice that it was pretty empty as it gave me a chance to really hit the machines. I did some chest press, pec fly, lat raises, machine rows, lat pulldowns, bicep curls, tricep pulldowns. I was doing around 4-5 sets of 12-8 reps. I was getting some good swelling and vascularity. I felt strong and I could really see that my lifting has made a difference. Then I did some isolate dumbbell lifts
