This run was painful and man my form was .awful. It would have looked crazy to anyone seeing me run. I just felt wrong doing it as my first mile was 9:02. They barely got any faster after that. Pretty shitty and i wish i were better.
I ended up goin and getting a message and the boots from cryo in prayer that it would help. I think it did help some even though i still have some pain.
