Notes
This runnwent much further than i expected. The miles were slow and started out around 8:20 pace and stayed closer to 8 minute pace after that. Most the miles were between 8:00 - 8:10 pace. I started at the elementary school next to John Champs high school and ran around the neighborhood behind it. My left calf was still in shambles and i was struggling but i just grinded it out. I was super dehydrated and thirsty and the main issue was finding water which i did around mile 10. Thank the Lord!!! I needed it badly.
