Notes
This run was rough for a couple reasons. First, i was sore as hell from yesterday and secondly, the weather was already 80 degrees and extremely humid. There was a slight breeze. I ran all over Aldie and the Willowsford neighborhood. I found a decent trail in there as well as a water fountain, which saved me today as i was dying from dehydration severly.
