Today I lifted legs. I was tired before entering but I always tend to get hyped up when I lift legs. I crushed the legs today. I did leg press, calf raises, quad machine and hamstring curls. I did about 6-8 sets on each and increased weight throughout. I maxed out and repped the leg press and almost maxed out the calf machine. The quad and hamstring on the otherhand could use work.lol
