Chiy and icy Chtistmas morning run at the battlefields. The roads and even some of the gravel trails were slick and had black ice. The run went okay. Legs and body were definitely sore, fatigued, and beat up but I tried to just enjoy running on the trails.Solid run and I barely saw anyone out there so I had the whole trail to my self.
