Solid lift. I was a bit tired from all the miles this week but i felt motivated to go into the gym and make a positive impact on my body. Felt like it would help with stress and put my mind at ease, which i feel it did in a way. I felt solid when i was lifting. Mainly just hit arms tonight. Did leave a couple exercises off but they were more like stretching and small stuff with weights.
