This lift was solid and i was glad to finally get back into the gym. Felt solid even though my stomach was upset from eating right before heading into the gym. So i couldn't do any ab exercises at all. I did some shoulder and arms with a bit of chest. Really i did a big mix of exercises on different muscle groups. I tried doing some bodyweight leg exercises to kind of loosen up some as well as some stretching. I could tel my muscles were fatigued by the first time i picked up a weight. It just felt like i have been using my arms a lot when riding the bike or something. My triceps specifically were exhausted. Overall, i ws happy to just make it back into the gym. It needs to become more frequent.
