Notes
This run i knew was going to be tough considering how sore i was yesterday and waking up this morning. It was uncomfortable to just walk around. So i ended up parking at briar Woods high school and ran around Brambleton in a attempt to run into Ken. I somehow missed him and just ran around the area and up and down some very steep long hills. Which was rough considering i was so sore. The pace was something i didt worry about and was more focused on just putting in the miles. I was dead at the end from the constant pounding of the wind and mileage.
