I started of this run slow as the trails were extremely muddy. I managed to get through 8 miles somehow but felt like shit bout halfway through the run. It was like my blood sugar level dropped bc i lost a bunch of energy and got really nauceus. That feeling stuck around with me all day. I layed around the house as i felt like i could barely move or i would throw up. The majority of my miles were in the 7:30's with two miles slower than 8 min pace. Overall, i am surprised i made it to my car with the pace i had as i felt like complete hell. The wind a little bit of a factor but i was mostly on trails so it didnt bother me as much. the mud was the biggest isue. I almost wiped out a handful of times.
