The weather was already over 70 degrees with 99% humidity. So it was a bit rough out there. Steamy and sauna like. My body was the bigger concern though as i still felt fatigued from yesterday and last weeks training. My foot was also giving me issues as running on my toes was killing me as if i strained the tendons in my foot.
I had to stop multiple times to catch my breathe and to minimize the fatigue and heat exhaustion as the humidity was a killer.
