It was like 8 degrees and 24mph winds outside, so i opted to run inside on the treadmill and avoid any further injuries. The run started off slow and boring as normal. I was able to get a little motivation and into a zone a bit and ran further than expected. i was only going to run a few miles but ended up knocking out 6.5!! The first mile was around 8:30, and the second was low 8's. After that i turned the pace to just under 8 min pace and progressed it from there. The last 3 miles were 7:41-ish down to like 7:15. Treadmill's still suck horribly but i doubt i would of ran that fast outside with the ice and whatnot.
