Notes
This run started off a bit rocky as the legs were not feeling the best. I was having issues on my left leg and my stride was off. Running on the treadmill and outside feels like totally different things. This run was tough as i became dehydrated early on and my clothes were soaked from sweat and felt so heavy.
I did keep pushing on though even though i didnt feel great.
