Sterling run

Notes

I started out pretty stiff and sore from yesterday. Once I got into motion I didn't really loosen up and just kept on moving in a forward motion. My groin and hamstring remained tight but I just ran through it. I notice now that when I finish I a tight but I am not a crippled which is a positive note, I think my injury subsided and now I am battling the tightness and my muscles just trying to work again.Uphills are very hard to run as it seems that is what hurts the most.
