Notes
This wasa slow, rough run in some warm/humid weather. The humidity was at 90% and felt swampy. My legs were sore and as soon as i started i felt like i was only going to run maybe two miles and somehow that turned into 8 miles. haha
I just kept going further out knowing i would have to turn around. I ran around the Ashburn neighborhoods.

I was thankful to find a bathroom at a park where i was able to get some much needed water at mile 4.
