I had the flu but still made a possibly stupid decision to go to the gym. I felt better physically than I did yesterday so I thought id give it a try. I decided to lft legs, which turned out to be good idea and I had a gret lift. I did leg press, calf raises hamstring curls and a quad machine. I was hitting some high weight on the calf machine and the leg press where I was maxing out the machine. I also did a lot of sets on each and really got a good burn
