Notes
The weather was partly cloud at times and sunny at others. 17 mph winds made it colder and tougher t run than i thought it would. The legs were trashed this morning and i somehow made it much further than i expected. I felt fatigued and just heavy as hell with no energy to run this morning. It took a lot for me to mentally push through and grind it out. I did 5 miles at mandsas battlefield but the trail was so packed with people and horses i left and ran around the neighborhood.
The short break i had while making the 10 minute drive didnt help much either. Legs were still dead.
