Notes
This run started out slow and somehow got a little faster. Legs felt stale and heavy and i still feel like i have a ton of fluid retnetion in my legs. The pace felt a bit tough even though it was slow. First mile was in 8:22 and i just tried to get faster.
The weather was warmer than usual but it was springling thorughout the run which was better than the downpour that happened prior to running.
