Notes
This run was rough as my right leg/shin and my left hip flexor were awful feeling. It was hard to start out as i felt like crap from soreness and i also felt lethargic and just not in the mood to run. It wasnt pretty but i stayed persistent and kept moving on. Looking at my watch now i am surprised i ran 4 miles under 8 minutes. The left 4 to be precise.
I am thinking about maybe taking a week off to help heal some of my issues because running like this isnt helping me at all.
