Ridin on the bike trainer is tougher than i thought as the resistance really makes it tougher to ride. I was holding 17 mph for a while but realized it was not realistic as i was falling apart at about 50 minutes in. This could also be partly due to me being sick but i sweated so much on this ride that i probably lost over 5 pounds in water weight. I literally drank over 100 ounces of water during and immediately after the ride.
