Notes
This run was brutal with the weather. Man, it was 100% humidity and i was soaked with sweat by the first 2 miles. IT was rough and dehydration played a huge toll today. Somehow, i pushed through and endured the pain. Started offf slow with the first mile in 8:10 but gradually picked it up.
