Wow, this was different. First off, running felt extremely awkward this morning as i was sore and my Achilles/calf and right hip were feeling very off. They ached and i wasnt sure i would make it past 2 miles. I somehow kept pressing on even though the pace was extremely slow hovering 8:30's. I eventually went sub 8 by mile 3 and just kept that going. It didnt hurt so bad after i got into the groove of running with the pain. Dehydration did start to occur though and by the half way mark i was struggling. I did get water twice from the faucet by the dog park and that saved me.
