I ws antsy to try to lift a little. I did it in the clubhouse gym that was packed so i really didnt get much done. Legs felt pretty good. I actually got a little lightheaded when i hit chest. I know i have eaten much today, which i am sure is the cause of my light headedness.

I did the leg exercises all as a superset
