Notes
It was 60 degrees and pretty humid out. The breeze was a bit annoying at a light 9 mph. my legs were trash and i felt sore and tired. Like my legs are just beat up. The miles started slow and i took it easy for the ost part. I Stayed around mid 7's and then the last 1.5 miles i decided to do some longer strides to work on my speed even thoufh the legs were garbage.
