This run went much further than i thought it would considering how sore i was and how it was already 90 degrees outside. It really drained me and dehydrated the hell out of me. Thank the lord for the one water fountain in the Willowsford neighborhood. First mile was 8 minutes but then i gradually stayed in the 7:30's. Such a brutal run with the weather.
