Notes
This run was cold and super windy as the 13 mph winds made it feel so much colder. My hands and feet were numb. The pace started off slow at 7:58 and gradually got faster. i never looked at my watch so i wasnt sure of pace. My legs felt decent when i started. They were a little tight but a little recovered from my biking yesterday.
